Rental rates
Rental prices depend on the period and the duration of your stay.
The minimum rental period is 3 days.

| February, March, April, May, June, September, October | 100 euro |
| July, August | 120 euro |
| November, December, January | 140 euro |
These prices include the following:
- Place for up to 12 persons
- Bed linen, towels
- Electricity, water and gas
- Weekly cleaning
A guarantee of 150 euro to cover possible damage will be asked upon arrival. Of course this will be returned at your departure if there is no damage.
The reservation will be confirmed after we have received a deposit of 20% of the total rental price.
Optional services
Our caretaker, who lives in an apartment on-site, can provide additional services for a fee. You can arrange these additional services directly with her when you are at the villa.
Possible services:
- Daily maid service
- Preparing meals
- Babysitting
